I could not be happier with the entire process working with DMI. We started with an existing plan and ended with a ~75% increase with all of our changes. Some were structural some were fairly simple but all were done without question, exactly as planed, and for a very reasonable price. Visit one of their construction sites and notice the organization and cleanliness it is clear they take pride in their work. For the record I am not affiliated with DMI in any way other than being a very satisfied customer.

Choosing DMI Homes is the best decision we have made! We researched and did our due diligence before we chose DMI to build our forever dream home and they did not disappoint. Communication, quality, timeliness, attention to detail and everything else in between. We are so pleased with every single aspect of our home, our actual build took under 11 months once they broke ground, we have been in our home for just over 2 months and we love every single thing about it and every design decision we made together with DMi is absolutely perfect.
The baseline home price is very reasonable in comparison to other builders, here is where you absolutely get what you pay for. We did a few upgrades and additions and we are very pleased.
Go with DMI homes, you will not be disappointed and you will not be stressed.

Not only did I have my home built by dmi , they came back to do extras ! Also my mom's house was flooded and grew mold in it , was a complete mess , they redid it and was just beautiful when done ! Great people to work with , if your looking to build these people should be at the top of your list , 110% satisfied
